Huge Turnout at Open House
Los Altos Real Estate is alive and well. So many buyers were out this week-end looking at homes. 190 Hillview had over 130 people during Saturday and Sunday’s open house. I was impressed by the numbers of buyers out on Super Bowl Sunday. The house looks terrific and the feedback on how well the home was updated was a recurring theme throughout both days. I have received so many calls and emails regarding 190 Hillview Ave. People are anxious to get in and tour the property. After 1pm Friday, January 30th, the home will be ready for public viewing. Hi all – I just finished uploading all the new photos of 190 Hillview Avenue in Los Altos. One of the great features on this site is the ability to view photos in full screen mode. Check out this great home. It is warm and inviting and really has wonderful living space. Some of the great aspects that buyers don’t see in photos are the 3 years new furnace, water heater, roof, windows and doors! Also, this home has A/C and updated electrical. Definitely check out the photos of the back yard. You can get a sense for how mature the landscaping is. The Koi pond adds tranquility and the fish are doing great!
