What a terrific home this will be for the new buyer!  190 Hillview Avenue in Los Altos is Pending Sale and will close within the week.  We had terrific traffic through this home during all 3 weeks of open house.  While many homes continue to sit on the market, Hillview sold within 3 weeks.  If you missed seeing it in person, please take a tour through the wonderful photos posted on this site.
