Open House Saturday & Sunday

Hey All – traffic at 190 Hillview in Los Altos continues to be strong.  I will be holding Open House this week-end, February 7th and 8th from 1:30-4:30.  This house is clean and ready to move in.  I hope you will stop by and check it out.  Bring you friends and neighbors.  If you know of anyone that is looking for a great, walk to town location, this is it.

Los Altos Real Estate is alive and well.  So many buyers were out this week-end looking at homes.  190 Hillview had over 130 people during Saturday and Sunday’s open house.  I was impressed by the numbers of buyers out on Super Bowl Sunday.  The house looks terrific and the feedback on how well the home was updated was a recurring theme throughout both days.  Many of you that came through had questions about financing and what the current lending requirements are for jumbo loans.  I would love to answer any and all of those questions so please contact me at 650-823-1434 or shoot me an email at cjcasas@interorealestate.com so we can chat about lending.  I can also refer you to a fantastic lender that has been in the business for 18+ years and will take great care of you. 

The “Walk to Town” location of 190 Hillview was the largest draw to clients looking for Los Altos Homes this week-end.  There is no doubt that Hillview is close to everything but still in a quiet neighborhood setting.  While holding the open house on Sunday, it was great to see so many neighbors walking back from town with their Super Bowl Supplies of chips and salsa and beverages to last throughout the game.  190 Hillivew truly is that conveniently located to shopping, dining and more!  Come check out this great, move in ready home!
